Yes, returns are accepted. Please continue reading. We realize sizing snafus occur when people order clothing. Please make every effort to order the correct size. Each clothing item has a size chart, and sometimes other sizing notes, in its description for you to use. However, if you get something and it doesn’t fit, we will take it back, and refund the cost of the garment. We kindly ask you pay for return shipping from your local shipping provider. All returns must be authorized by writing to the email address below within 7 days from the date your item is delivered. So, if you get your delivery on the 10th, your return must be authorized by us before the 18th. The item must also be returned unworn with any tags or labels intact. Of course you can try it on, but if it doesn’t fit, wearing it around does not make a lot of sense. Unworn.
Regarding other items that arrive to your location undamaged, we cannot accept returns of those non-wearables because they are custom made and you don’t have to try wearing them in public. If something arrives damaged, please write to the email address below as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after you receive the item. Describe the issue, and attach a photo or two so we can see how severely we should lecture the production or shipping folks while we process your return.
